When will my order be shipped?

Our current processing time for all custom in-ears is 25-30 business days. For all other in stock products, we offer free* standard shipping, which is 5-7 business days. However, most orders can be expected to arriver sooner.

 

*free shipping is currently not available for the Juicy Gear Bag

What is your Return/Refund policy?

Products that are damaged upon delivery may be eligible for a refund or replacement for up to 14 days. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that may occur. For all in-ear monitors: any damages caused by consumers may be ineligible for a return or refund due to the nature of the product, for sanitation reasons. If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us and we will work with you to troubleshoot any issues.

Do you offer warranty on your products?

If you experience any electronic problems with your Juicy Earz, we offer a 6 month warranty where we repair or replace your in-ear monitors. We do not cover any damage outside of electrical issues (ie: water damage, stolen item, etc.). However, if you have any questions, please reach out to us through email. 

How do I cancel or make changes to an existing order?

If you placed an order and need to cancel or make any changes, please send us an email no later than 48 hours after your order has been placed. 

Do you offer discounts or group rates?

You can follow us on all social media platforms for updates on active discounts and promo codes. If you are looking to place a Juicy Earz order of 6 or more, please reach out to us about our group rates before placing your order.

How do I inquire about becoming a featured artist?

We're always looking for musicians, singers, and audiophiles to join the Juicy Fam! Anyone looking to become a Juicy Earz artist will go through an initial vetting process before being approved. You can send all inquires to artistrelations@juicesmusicshop.com

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We currently do not ship anywhere outside the continental U.S., but we hope to soo.

Do you sell basses or guitars? 

As of 2023, Juice's Music Shop does not carry basses or guitars. However, we are in the works of having them back on our site. Stay tuned!

Can I purchase a gift card or gift certificate?

If you are looking to purchase an e-gift certificate, please email us at juicesmusicshop@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.
