*Online Juicy Moldz order must be placed before scheduling your impressions appointment. Additional charges will occur for earwax cleaning. Order number must be present at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Only during NAMM 2024, impressions will be free with any purchase of Juicy Moldz. Your order number must be present in order to get your impressions taken. Additional charges will occur if earwax/ build-up needs to be cleaned out. Due to limited appointment times, your sessions may only be canceled or rescheduled within 1 hour or your appointment. Sessions may take 45 minutes to 1 hour per appointment. Once your appointment has been booked, please meet us outside in the Grand Plaza at the Juice's Music Shop Pop-Up Truck at your scheduled time.
